4 - 23 - 21 Sunny day, pleasant day, but the strong winds from the west were still around. People out on the boardwalk, enjoying the fresh air, looking at the ocean. Lots of people are doing outdoor dining on the boardwalk, all tables are filled up. People are not wearing their masks, while outside walking, did some a few that I snapped pixs.
