6 - 12 - 21 Hazy day, cool breeze off the ocean. Plenty of people are around walking on the boardwalk, sitting on the beach, too chilly to go into ocean. Outdoor dining is popular with people waiting to be served or waiting on a line for takeout. Everyone is outside to enjoy the fresh air.
