4 - 20 - 21 Sunny day, cool with strong winds off the ocean and from the south. Lots of people on the beach, sitting and sunning, with windbreakers set up to block the wind. Dog walkers, biker rider, solo walkers, couples, all enjoying being in the fresh air and sunshine. Outdoor dining had lots of people at the tables and others grab a coffee in Convention Hall, where wearing a mask is required. Best to Mask Up!
