3 - 28 - 21 Rain in the morning, foggy afternoon, chill in the air on the boardwalk, not many people walking, but more were in Convention Hall, some doing shopping, eating or getting a coffee. Flowers are starting to bloom. The sun came out around 4:45 pm. People had masks with them, but didn't wear on the boardwalk, only walking thru Convention Hall, which is required. Do Mask Up!
