11 - 13 - 20 A damp, gray day with rain on and off. Chilly walking on the boardwalk and not many people out. Limited number of people to photograph, but found a few wearing their masks. All know that a surge of Covid-19 is happening across the U.S. Keep wearing them to protect yourself and others, til the vaccine is available.
