8 - 3 - 20  An early evening walk on the boardwalk with people enjoying the breezes off the ocean where I snapped those wearing their masks.  The rain started around 8:30 pm with thunder and lighting and is the day before the tropical storm will be heading our way.   The littering of discarded rubber gloves and masks are still everywhere.  Not good to do.
