7 - 16 - 20  Cool, cool day, low temperature, some clouds, some sunshine with strong breezes off the ocean.  People on the beach, many are walking the boardwalk and riding bikes.  Still, there are people who are not wearing masks, when outside, some are close to other people, too.  It is now mandatory in New Jersey to be wearing a mask, so a surge in Covid-19 is kept at a minimum.
